The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in Chandigarh. 💼Key Responsibilities •Identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP, ELV, and Civil. •Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking with consultants, contractors, and builders. •Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients. •Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. •Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. •Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate solutions and timely project execution. 💼Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field preferred. •2–4 years of experience in B2B sales of MEP, ELV, or Civil. •Strong understanding of project sales and client acquisition in the construction/real estate sector. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. •Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. •Willingness to travel across Chandigarh.
