Har (Every) Women be able to contribute to real GDP growth of country Responsibilities The Community Leadership Program cum Internship is a structured, learning-led and practice-oriented program designed to develop young community leaders with strong foundations in social capital, leadership, research, communication, digital empowerment, event planning, partnerships, and sustainability. Participants will undergo guided training across 11 progressive modules, combining conceptual clarity with hands-on assignments. The program equips participants to identify community needs, design and sustain community initiatives, plan and execute events, build partnerships, and demonstrate ethical, resilient leadership. The program concludes with reflection, impact assessment, and certification, ensuring participants graduate with both skills and real-world application experience.
