Please visit Company website -https://www.woggroup.com/ Position Description The Process and Proposal Manager should be a Process Design & Proposal Specialist with a sound technical knowledge on water and waste water technologies, tender study, specifications and requirements, pre-bid queries and scheme selection. The candidate should be result oriented & well versed with making of the technical proposal of water & wastewater treatment plant with an ability to consistently meet deadlines. He/She should be Familiar with MBR, MBBR, Aerobic, Anaerobic, UF, RO, SBR, DM Plant etc. The ideal candidate should be an energetic self-starter, with effective problem solving and technical skills. The candidate must possess good communication and inter-personal skills and should be a team player with an ability to multitask. Required Qualifications: · B. Tech/B.E /M. Tech/ M.E- Chemical engineering/ Environmental. · Relevant experience in Designing Processes for Water/ Waste water Treatment Projects like ETP, STP, WTP or WWTP. · Minimum 8-10 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: „ Supervising final proposal from the technical and estimation perspective. „ Team building & cohesion and acceleration in performance of the teams. „ Implementation of strategies for consistent improvement in treatment technology selection & proposals. „ Maintaining /encouraging Discipline amongst the team members. „ Responsible for identifying and sourcing new upcoming technologies across Globe. „ Strategic and technical alliances with the new technologies across Globe. „ Implementation of cutting-edge technology and selection process with Process and Proposal Team. „ Assisting on Business blueprint for creation and operation of ‘new businesses.’ „ Expand WOG Horizon on having cutting edge technologies and post /brand in consultation / integration with Marketing team. „ Participating with management in building necessary ecosystem in terms of partner network, technological based business strategies and organization structure in process department. „ Quick Review of Process Engineering Packages and other critical technical deliverables. „ Write case studies, technological based newsletters and press releases for the plant performances. „ Participating in pilot scale studies with new technological solutions at different locations under different conditions/applications. „ Participation in clients /consultant meetings. „ Review of plant’s operating results as and when required and integrate learning in the designs. „ Critical tasks – identify and review /supervise of specs of items beyond budget and adjust economics. „ Trouble shootings. „ Key Result Areas (KRAs) to be provided separately shall be updated from time to time and adhered to, as and when issued. „ Any other tasks assigned by the Management. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising final proposals, team building, accelerating team performance, implementing strategies for technology selection and proposals improvement, maintaining discipline within the team, and identifying new technologies globally. You will also be involved in forming strategic alliances, implementing cutting-edge technologies, writing case studies and newsletters, participating in pilot studies, and contributing to business blueprints. Your key result areas (KRAs) will be provided separately and updated as needed.
