Job Overview
• This position is for WLAN Test group for client Connectivity Group.• Candidate will be actively involved in BT Coex Testing for WLAN chipsets based on 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be standards• The role involves testing of WLAN Client chipsets.• The candidate will get exposure to WLAN/BT/Coex modules of Qualcomm connectivity solution.• The candidate will work on futuristic products for Wearables, IoE and Automotive markets• Candidate will be actively involved in supporting the existing Python Automation framework through feature additions, enhancements and maintenance. Should have knowledge in automation using Python.• The candidate will closely work with Development team and cross functional teams to deliver quality deliverable which goes to customers following well established QA processes
Skills/Experience:
Good knowledge of BT, WLAN protocols and Networking.
• Deep Knowledge and understanding of BT /BLE standards and knowledge BT (A2DP, HFP, AVRCP, PBAP, MAP, OPP, HID and BLE) profiles.• Very strong debugging/problem solving experience using Vanguard BT sniffer and snoop log debugging.• Deep Knowledge and understanding of WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be standards and features like WPA/WPA2, WPS, Wi-Fi Direct, Miracast, WMM, u-APSD, and 802.1x based authentication schemes.
