We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with a solid background in AWS Cloud, Backend Development, Microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka to become a valuable member of our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Multithreading, Data Structures, and Cloud-native development, with a proven track record in developing scalable and high-performance applications for the Banking & Fintech sector. Your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native microservices, integrating with various AWS services, constructing RESTful APIs, and collaborating with real-time messaging systems such as Kafka. You will play a crucial role in: - Designing, developing, and deploying scalable Java-based microservices utilizing Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. - Working on AWS cloud services like Lambda, EC2, S3, and AWS Connect for application deployment and integration. - Developing and optimizing real-time messaging solutions using Kafka. - Building and integrating with front-end frameworks like React or Angular as needed. - Collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver solutions for Banking & Fintech applications. - Ensuring performance, scalability, and security in distributed environments. - Contributing to Agile ceremonies and embracing best practices in CI/CD, Git, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Solving complex problems and implementing data structures, algorithms, and multithreaded applications. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong problem-solving skills at a competitive programming level. - Hands-on experience in developing distributed, scalable, and secure applications. - Experience in real-time event-driven systems with Kafka. - Familiarity with Cloud-native design patterns and container orchestration.
