This includes documentation, implementation support, and certification assistance. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads through face-to-face interactions, building trust with local businesses, and converting them into confirmed consulting projects to fuel sustainable sales growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Sourcing & Prospect Identification Search and compile contact details of potential clients, such as small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), manufacturing units, and service providers in targeted industries (e.g., manufacturing, textiles, automotive). Focus on doorstep reconnaissance in industrial areas, commercial zones, and business hubs to identify decision-makers like owners, HR heads, and operations managers. Regularly update and maintain a dynamic database of prospects, leads, and follow-ups using simple tools like Excel. 2. Doorstep Lead Generation & Relationship Building Conduct proactive door-to-door visits, cold outreach, and on-site demonstrations to introduce ENN Consultancys ISO services, highlighting benefits like compliance, efficiency gains, and certification readiness. Network locally with Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CS), OEM suppliers, purchase managers, and industry consultants to uncover referrals and partnerships. Distribute tailored marketing materials (brochures, flyers) and share digital content via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email, and Facebook, aligned with the monthly marketing calendar. Organize informal doorstep presentations or quick audits to spark interest in ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 documentation and support needs. 3. Lead Conversion & Project Closure Engage prospects during visits to gather requirement forms, assess business pain points (e.g., certification gaps or implementation challenges), and recommend customized ISO solutions. Present clear proposals outlining our approach, timelines, pricing, and value-adds for documentation, implementation support, and certification facilitation. Follow up persistently to convert leads into signed orders, hand over to the customer relationship team, and kickstart work orders. Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new ISO consulting engagements. 4. Professional Development & Team Contribution Enhance skills in doorstep persuasion, objection handling, and ISO standards knowledge through ongoing training. Gain hands-on exposure to management systems consulting and Training Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions on successful doorstep strategies. Path to advancement: Excel in role to transition into Senior Marketing Executive or Business Development Lead. Reports & Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily/weekly updates to Lead Tracker and Order Tracker for transparency. Core KPIs: o Number of Doorstep Visits vs. Leads Generated. o Lead Conversion Rate (Generated vs. Converted to Projects). o Achievement of Sales Targets (e.g., confirmed projects). o New Partnerships Formed with Local Associates/Referrers.
