Role Overview

As a WordPress/Wix Website Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing websites using WordPress and Wix platforms. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to deliver responsive, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized websites.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and Wix platforms.

Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet client requirements.

Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, SEO-optimized, and performance-driven.

Collaborate with the design team to implement mockups, UI/UX enhancements, and brand guidelines.

Set up website functionalities such as forms, payment gateways, chatbots, and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance challenges.

Manage website backups, updates, and security measures.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in website development.

Requirements

25 years of experience in WordPress/Wix website development.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic coding skills preferred).

Experience with WordPress plugins, page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery), and Wix Editor/X.

Knowledge of SEO principles, site speed optimization, and responsive design.

Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
