Job description- Candidate should have an adequate experience in conducting different types of searches like Invalidation , Infringement , Freedom to operate (FTO), State of the Art, Landscape analysis, Evidence of Use and must be familiar with the Claim Charting. The person should be capable of identifying the right target companies, services and products having scope of infringement The person should have knowledge current market as well as latest technologies Training the team or the juniors Work closely with team professionals to gather information, ideas and approvals for preparing final reports Must be comfortable in working cross domain searches example CSE, Mechanical.
