Position: Tele-Marketing Manager Location: Ahmedabad Qualification: Graduate Age Requirement: 21 to 35 years Industry: Loan / Finance / Sales --- 💼 Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for loan products (Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, equity funding to corporate etc.) Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and customer engagement. Pitch financial products to HNI clients with confidence and clarity. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to follow-ups, documentation guidance, and lead closure. Maintain excellent communication and relationship management with high-value clients. Understand customer needs and offer accurate loan solutions. Achieve monthly targets and support the sales team in conversions. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Required Skills & Competencies Good command over English and Hindi/Gujarati (as per region). Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. Confidence in handling HNI clients and premium customer segments. Knowledge of loan products, sales process, and tele-calling strategies. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
