We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. In this role, you will connect with GPS dealers and distributors, explain our software, and onboard them as long-term partners. This is a relationship-driven role (not high-pressure sales). Your earnings will grow as you bring more active devices on board through our dealers. Responsibilities: Identify and connect with GPS dealers/distributors already using GPS software. Present and explain the features & benefits of Tracksha software. Onboard new dealers and build long-term relationships. Share dealer feedback to help us improve our product and services. Skills: Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi/English, regional languages a plus). Prior experience in B2B sales, software sales, or GPS industry is preferred. Self-motivated and good at relationship building. Basic knowledge of GPS tracking industry is an advantage What We Offer: Attractive incentives based on device activations (no sales targets).
