Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive with strong exposure to telesales and CRM-based lead management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building dealer/distributor relationships. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential dealers, distributors, and channel partners to promote and sell company products. Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred). Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products and offers. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer queries effectively. Build long-term business relationships with clients through excellent service and support. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
