Wiring Harness-UGNX

As an experienced candidate with 4-10 years of experience, the role will be based in Gurgaon, Delhi. Your expertise in Wiring Harness, UGNX, and 3D Routing will be crucial for this position. You will be responsible for designing Wiring harness routing as per customer specifications, creating 3D models of Wiring Harness using 3D CAD UG_NX software, actively participating in proto vehicle assembly and proto wiring harness production to validate the design, and identifying and analyzing measures of observations and issues in vehicle proto. - Design wiring harness routing according to customer specifications. - Create 3D models of Wiring Harness using 3D CAD UG_NX. - Participate in proto vehicle assembly and wiring harness production for design verification. - Analyze observations and issues in vehicle proto. - Experience in 3D CAD routing design is a must. - Proficiency in UG_NX operation, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of wiring harness design and manufacturing. - Familiarity with child parts in wiring harness, such as wire, connector, damp, cover, terminal, protector, grommet.,
