Role Overview: You will be joining Stellantis, a leading global automaker and mobility provider focused on offering clean, connected, affordable, and safe mobility solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Source packaging documents, including engineering specifications, timing, and validation - Conduct fuse sizing, relay selection, wire cross-section correlation, and electrical load analysis for new developments - Lead DFMEA and DVPR at both component and system levels - Actively participate in system-level integration testing and packaging meetings - Manage 3D CAD, 2D drawings, and Owners Manual content related to fuses and relays - Ensure timely design release in PLM system and availability of parts for vehicle builds - Optimize designs (VAVE) and address issues during bench testing, vehicle builds, and field claims Qualification Required: - Preferred Education: B.E./B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Automotive Engineering with Automotive Industry experience - Essential Experience: - 5+ years in Design & Developing automotive fuse boxes - Hands-on experience in LV & HV Power distribution box design and development - Plant exposure, supplier management, launch support - Knowledge in design basics, vehicle packaging studies, architecture, and statutory requirements - Cross-functional experience in design and program management - Familiarity with Automotive Quality Systems (DFMEA, PPAP, DVP&R, etc.) Additional Company Details: Stellantis values diversity and talent, with a global workforce dedicated to sustainable mobility solutions.
