Job Title- IP Service Help Desk Experience- 2-3 Years Location- 513, Tower A, Logix Technova, Plot A-4 Sector-132, NOIDA-201 301 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of UPS and Inverter Basic knowledge of IGBT, SCR, Rectifier, Inverter, SLD, and UPS Block diagram. Experience in managing the clients Service calls, Service Ticket booking, Service Call allocation to a capable engineer who can close tickets, Ticket closing updates to the client, AMC, and New Requirements etc. Ability to understand customer pain areas like Pre-Installation (PI), Installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Break Down (BD), New requirements (UPS, Battery, PQA, Electrical Cabling, Thermal Imaging, Grounding Bonding etc, and give/make solutions accordingly under the SLA. Ability to review Pre-Installation (PI), Installation, Field Service Report (FSR), Preventive Maintenance (PM), report and highlight, if any abnormal parameters, or writing. Maintain Response & Resolution of Pre-Installation (PI), Installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Break Down (BD) Ability to handle Escalated service call management. Decent verbal and written communication skills.
