Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and oversee the implementation of quality control processes. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure smooth production operations. Cost Management: Develop and manage the production budget, aiming to reduce costs without compromising quality. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including output, quality, and efficiency metrics. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any production-related issues. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
