Job Purpose
To carry out electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance of machinery, panels, and equipment to ensure reliable and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
- Carry out wiring and cabling for machines, panels, and distribution systems.- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out corrective action.- Use measuring instruments such as multimeters, meggers, clamp meters.- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.- Maintain work records and report issues to supervisors.
