Role Description: Take opening measurements and share with design team. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of window installation on-site. Ensure installations are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Assess site conditions for window installation Analyse unloading and shifting possibilities at site Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and local building codes. Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide project updates. Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and maintained. Monitor job site cleanliness and ensure waste is disposed of properly. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings/toolbox talks. Track progress and prepare daily site reports. Manage deliveries and verify accuracy of received materials. Requirements: Experience as a site supervisor or crew leader in window/door installation or related construction field. Basic knowledge of installation methods, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret basic drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors.
