Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Assistant Vice President / Senior Assistant Vice President - Life & Annuities at Winning Minds LLP. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with managing and overseeing life & annuities operations, developing strategies for growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading and mentoring a team. The candidate will also engage in client relationship management, business development, and regular reporting to senior management. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of life & annuities product lines Leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Proficiency in regulatory compliance and financial reporting Excellent client relationship management and business development skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. 12 + years of experience in a data analytics or insurance analytics role, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Life & Annuities or related domains. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
