Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships by visiting potential clients and promoting our products/services in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers to present company products and services. Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects to close sales. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
