Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Officer located in Kolkata. The Collections Officer will be responsible for implementing collection strategies to recover dues across various buckets, conducting asset searches and repossession with legal tools, and managing high-value fraud cases. The role includes liaising with authorized persons, supervising insolvency and legal actions, and ensuring successful recovery outcomes. Qualifications Debt Collection and Finance skills Analytical Skills Customer Service and Communication skills Knowledge of legal processes and recovery strategies Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous Job Location - Nadia, East Burdwan, North 24 Pargonas.
