Job Title: Backend Support Executive Language Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi , English Experience- 6month- 1yrs Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer queries via WhatsApp using the Zeapl Panel. Ensure ticket resolution by closing or forwarding them appropriately on the panel. Occasionally handle customer issues via calls and emails. Language Requirements: English & Hindi South Indian Languages (Any One & Two): Kannada (1 resource) Malayalam (1 resource) Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in the respective language, Language Malayalam, Hindi, English, Kannada, (written and verbal). Experience in customer support or backend operations is preferred. Familiarity with ticketing systems, WhatsApp business tools, and email handling. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
