We manage the ‘The Next Billion Fund’ a SEBI registered Cat- 1 AIF/ Venture Capital Fund. We are a VC that gets investee companies to the proven market level, customer value and unit profitability by providing a support ecosystem to grow from a successful product to a proven business at scale. We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team based in our Pune office. This individual will work alongside Analysts, Associates and the Partner to contribute to overall smooth operations of the Fund. The successful candidate will bring experience in compliance, management and oversight. About 70% of the role focuses on operations, administration, and executive support, while 30% focuses on communication and content strategy that enhances Windrose Capital’s brand presence. Key Responsibilities Operational & Executive Support (70%) Manage internal workflows, priorities, and follow-ups for the Managing Partner and leadership team. Coordinate meetings, travel, and events with precision — ensuring timely documentation, agendas, and post-meeting action items. Liaise with investors, portfolio founders, and external partners to ensure structured communication and timely execution. Maintain and improve dashboards for internal operations, portfolio tracking, and fund compliance. Support compliance documentation, data hygiene, and fund administration processes. Act as the operational point-of-contact for service providers and vendors. Communications & Brand (30%) Support leadership in drafting professional communication — announcements, portfolio highlights, or founder stories. Manage content workflows for Windrose’s digital presence (LinkedIn, newsletters, website updates). Work with external agencies or design vendors to ensure brand consistency and quality. Use tools like ChatGPT and Notion AI to generate communication drafts and ideas efficiently. Coordinate press outreach, ecosystem collaborations, and publication scheduling when needed. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree with 2–6 years of experience in operations, executive support, or communications roles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows, track details, and follow up with discipline. Excellent writing and communication skills with a structured and professional tone. Comfort with using productivity and AI tools (Google Suite, ChatGPT, Monday.com). Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
