Windows App Support with .Net Support Rotational Shifts (24/7)

You will be working full-time as a Windows App Support with .Net Support professional in a rotational shift environment (24/7). You should have an Associate's Degree with 6-12 years of hands-on experience in Windows, SQL, Java technologies, and working on .Net based applications in a Windows environment. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support activities for a software production processing environment, installing, maintaining, and supporting application/source code and its components, analyzing and resolving incidents related to application failures, and providing technical assistance to programming staff. The team you will be a part of utilizes the Infinity Connect (IC) Framework for Service Layer Integration, which is a lightweight integration platform for message routing and transformation using XSLT and JOLT. You should have hands-on experience in writing SQL queries, working on IIS Web Server Setup and App Pool Configuration, and exposure to security vulnerabilities. Knowledge of FIS products and services, the financial services industry, and basic financial analysis principles and ratios will be considered an added bonus.
