Job Description

Perform winding operations for industrial motors, alternators, and related electrical equipment.
Diagnose faults and carry out rewinding, assembling, and testing of motors.
Handle copper coil winding, insulation, and varnishing work as per standards.
Maintain tools, materials, and work area in good condition.
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or any degree (Any Qualification Accepted)
Proven minimum 5 years of experience in motor or industrial winding.
Support maintenance and production teams in motor testing and repair.
Ensure quality and adherence to safety procedures.
Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
Basic knowledge of winding machines and materials.
