Role & responsibilities Collect benchmark data on materials, technologies, and market trends (pricing, faade options, green building systems, etc.) Prepare and maintain project trackers (cost, timeline, consultant deliverables, statutory approvals) Prepare cost comparisons and financial summaries for developer review Conduct periodic site visits to track progress on construction activities Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental practices Prepare photo-logs, progress reports, and highlight deviations from schedule or design intent Preferred candidate profile Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to structure complex information into actionable outputs Working knowledge of construction workflows and terminology Comfort with Excel, Word, and digital collaboration tools Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while escalating key issues Hindi and Marathi fluency preferred for site coordination
