Job Description: Flutter Developer (2+ Years, Riverpod or other) – On-Site Company: Wind Hans Technologies Position: Flutter Developer Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Job Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Nashik Wind Hans Technologies is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with strong expertise in Riverpod state management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying high-quality mobile applications and a solid understanding of modern Flutter architectures. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Implement state management solutions using Riverpod. Convert UI/UX designs into functional and pixel-perfect mobile interfaces. Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services. Collaborate with the design, backend, and QA teams for seamless delivery. Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experiences. Maintain clean, modular, and testable code with proper documentation. Participate in code reviews, sprint meetings, and project discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Prepare and manage app release builds for Play Store and App Store. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development. Strong hands-on experience with Riverpod. Solid understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, navigation, and best practices. Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON. Familiarity with clean architecture and MVVM patterns. Experience with Firebase services, local storage solutions, and Git. Experience with app deployment and release management. Preferred Skills: Exposure to other state management tools like Bloc or GetX. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with app performance optimization and debugging tools. Prior experience with live applications on Play Store or App Store. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently in an on-site environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
