Instead, youll be advising clients who have shown interest in our services - and guiding, educating them make the best decisions for their unique situations. Think of an Advisor : empathy first, zero hard-sell, deep product knowledge. That's the ethos we want for estate planning. Youll be the first human touch-point for inbound leads, guiding families to the right WillJini solution without cold-calling quotas or pushy tactics. Key Responsibilities Discovery & education Conduct scheduled phone / video consultations to map a clients family structure, assets and succession concerns, translating legal jargon into everyday language. Tailored recommendations Suggest the most suitable Will, Trust or Probate service and outline next steps; no “one-size-fits-all” pitches. Trust-building follow-ups Send personalised summaries, answer queries on WhatsApp/email and nudge prospects toward an informed decision—never a pressured one. Smooth hand-offs Create detailed briefs for our legal team so clients experience a seamless shift from advisory to execution. Pipeline hygiene Log every interaction in the CRM, track opportunity stages and share customer insights with marketing, product and ops. Continuous learning Stay abreast of inheritance laws, taxation changes and WillJini product updates to keep advice razor-sharp. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 3-8 yrs in consultative sales / advisory (insurance, wealth, fintech, legal tech). Proven track record of meeting targets through trust , not pressure. Education: Any graduate; LLB/CFP/CLU a plus. Skills: Exceptional verbal & written communication in English and at least one Indian language. Active listening and problem-solving finesse. Ability to simplify complex financial-legal concepts. Comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace and a modern CRM. Mindset: Empathetic, intellectually curious, metrics-oriented and ethically uncompromising. Nice-to-Have Exposure to wills, trusts, insurance or tax advisory. Experience with high-net-worth or NRI clientele. Public-speaking or webinar-hosting chops.
