Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer with hands-on experience in SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing database solutions, creating reports, and designing ETL processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. . Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Develop, deploy, and manage SSRS reports to meet business requirements. Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Optimize and tune database performance, queries, and reports. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting and data integration needs. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve database and reporting issues. Participate in database design, migration, and documentation. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in SQL development, SSRS, and SSIS. Strong proficiency in T-SQL and relational database design. Experience in performance tuning and query optimization. Hands-on experience with ETL design, development, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools. Exposure to Azure SQL Database or cloud data solutions. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS). Summary As a Senior Hybrid Network Security Engineer at O’Neil , you are responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing secure network infrastructures across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data by designing robust security frameworks and responding to evolving threats. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), cloud security, and network architecture, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. This is a technical role that will be involved in different aspects of the security incident response life-cycle. The Network Security Engineer is the first line of defence against malicious actors in the IT industry. You will be responsible for screening company’s critical IT infrastructure for weaknesses and create robust countermeasures to prevent future incidents. As a senior team member, you will also mentor staff, conduct security training, and advise leadership on strategic cybersecurity investments to protect the organization’s digital assets. Experience securing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 3 years of work experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics. Ability to prioritize projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of security tools and principles like edge security, endpoint security, secure email gateway and SIEM along with other industry standard security tools 3 yeaars hands on experience of cyber security operations, including daily monitoring and response to alerts and issues. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, or AWS Security Specialty.
