Position: Field Officer – Facility Management Job Description: - Ensure that all field operations are running efficiently and according to plan. - Excellent knowledge of correct proportions of concentrated cleaning chemicals to water, to achieve the desired cleaning and disinfecting efficacy. - Operating knowledge and hands-on experience of operating all kinds Specialty Cleaning Machines and excellent knowledge of Deep-cleaning - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Oversee housekeeping services ensuring quality and adherence to standards. - Identify and address any issues or problems that may arise during field operations. - Maintain records, report on progress and performance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing staff. Required Skills: - 5 – 7 yrs. experience as Supervisor in Facility Management Services - Good communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders - Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, build rapport with clients and address their concerns. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Candidate should have his own 2-wheeler for travelling throughout Goa Qualification: Any Graduate with Diploma in Facility Management or Hotel Management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025
