Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Wild Planet store department . Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and daily MIS. Receive, verify, and inspect goods/materials delivered to the resort. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all stock items. Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions. Monitor stock levels and raise timely replenishment requests. Coordinate with Purchasing & Accounts teams for smooth operations. Conduct weekly/monthly stock audits and ensure zero variances. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene in the store area. Track expiry, wastage, damage, and report to management immediately. Follow Wild Planet’s SOPs, cost-control systems, and documentation standards. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management. Hospitality/Resort experience preferred. Proficient in MS Excel & basic computer operations. Good communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.
