Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Uploading invoices and bills accurately in Odoo ERP . Verifying bank transactions and performing bank reconciliation in Odoo. Assisting in the documentation, filing, and organization of financial records. Supporting the accounts team with daily accounting entries as required. Learning and participating in other accounting-related tasks such as vendor follow-ups, expense tracking, and report preparation. Ensuring all data entered in Odoo is correct, complete, and up to date. Coordinating with internal teams for smooth accounting operations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting (preferred). Basic working knowledge of Odoo ERP or any similar accounting software. Good understanding of basic accounting concepts. Proficiency in Excel and documentation. Attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks responsibly. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an Accounts Executive who has basic knowledge of Odoo ERP and can support day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate will be responsible for uploading invoices, maintaining records, supporting reconciliation, and assisting the accounts team with documentation and routine financial activities.
