Wi-Fi Engineer/Automotive

Job Description: As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for developing software components in WiFi technology for Linux and Android platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics or related field) - Possessing 6-8 years of experience in software development in WiFi technology - Demonstrating strong programming skills in C, C++, and Java - Hands-on experience with Android AOSP/Linux-based infotainment and build environments - Good knowledge of WiFi features in In-Vehicle Infotainment systems In addition, you must meet the following qualifications: - Experience in developing software components in WiFi technology for Linux and Android platforms - Proficiency in WiFi standards such as 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax - Knowledge of WiFi security standards including WPA2 and WPA3 - Building WiFi Access Point, WiFi Station, and WiFi Direct features - Strong understanding of Linux and Android network stack - Ability to capture WiFi sniffer logs and analyze PCAP files - Execution experience in WiFi Alliance certification Please note that candidates based in Chennai from Automotive and Manufacturing industries will be given preference.
