8-12 years (minimum 3 years in food/FMCG/cold storage environment) Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules Lead a team of technicians and fitters across shifts Ensure minimal production downtime and quick response to equipment breakdowns Oversee maintenance of IQF machinery, refrigeration systems (NH3-based), compressors, pumps, multihead weighers, baggers, conveyors, freezers, and electrical panels Maintain and monitor utility systems (boilers, chillers, air compressors, ETP,Gas Banks, RO, Cold Rooms etc.) Ensure spare parts inventory is tracked and replenished Monitor energy consumption and drive cost-saving initiatives Maintain accurate documentation for audits (SOPs, checklists, logbooks, AMC records)
