Primary Role: Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design to execution, ensuring projects are completed within defined scope, budget, and timelines, while maintaining design quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Design Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts, layouts, and renders. Develop project schedules, milestones, BOQ, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. Finalize scope, budget, and timelines with client sign-off. Coordination & Execution Act as the bridge between clients, vendors, and site teams. Monitor progress vs. plan; resolve site issues/escalations. Provide design clarifications and ensure execution matches specifications. Approve procurement requests and vendor invoices post verification. Client & Vendor Management Share weekly progress updates and manage client expectations. Support material selection and align vendor choices with design. Conduct weekly team/vendor review meetings and evaluate performance. Quality, Risk & Compliance Identify potential delays, risks, or design bottlenecks. Enforce safety, statutory compliance, and quality checks. Maintain documentation, drawings, and as-built records. Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering. Proven experience in design development and project execution. Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
