Roles & Responsibilities: As a Sales & Marketing Intern at Belge , you will gain hands-on experience in both customer interaction and marketing operations. You will play a vital role in expanding our brand reach and supporting day-to-day marketing and sales tasks. Your key responsibilities include: Sales & Customer Interaction: Engage with potential and existing customers over phone calls and WhatsApp. Explain Belges products, services, and offers to customers confidently and clearly. Assist with order confirmations, follow-ups, and customer queries. Maintain customer databases and feedback logs. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute basic offline and online marketing campaigns under guidance. Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials for special events, offers, and festivals. Coordinate with local partners or influencers if required for promotional tie-ups. Social Media Management: Assist in planning and posting engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Monitor social media activity, comments, and messages. Contribute ideas for reels, stories, and engagement campaigns. Track social media performance and help grow follower base. Brand Promotion & Market Research: Visit nearby cafes, gyms, schools, etc., to introduce Belges products (if needed). Collect market feedback and competitor analysis reports. Support with branding activities for Belge. General Tasks: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for increasing reach. Be proactive in suggesting new strategies to improve customer engagement. Participate in internal meetings and discussions.
