Interior Project Manager pune 2 - 4 years INR 3.25 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of corporate interior projects. The role requires strong design understanding, cost analysis skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Preferred candidate profile Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Planning Collaborate with senior designers and clients to finalize layouts, design concepts, and BOQ. Prepare, review, and update working drawings, GFC (Good-for-Construction) drawings, and detailed execution plans. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, safety, and compliance requirements. 2. Budgeting & Cost Analysis Prepare project cost estimates and detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Conduct cost-benefit analysis for material selection and design alternatives. Track project budgets, monitor variations, and control overruns. 3. Vendor & Contractor Management Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors/contractors for carpentry, civil, electrical, HVAC, networking, painting, etc. Float inquiries, obtain quotes, and negotiate competitive pricing. Prepare and issue work orders/POs in line with project timelines and budgets. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery schedules. 4. Project Execution & Coordination Plan, schedule, and monitor site progress to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams design, procurement, MEP, and contractors. Ensure site safety, compliance, and adherence to statutory regulations. Handle daily site meetings and resolve design/technical issues on-site. 5. Quality Control & Documentation Ensure execution quality aligns with approved drawings, samples, and client expectations. Prepare and maintain project reports: DPR (Daily Progress Reports), WPR (Weekly Progress Reports), snag lists, and handover packs. Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, material submittals, and change orders. 6. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the single point of contact between the client and internal teams. Conduct presentations, design walkthroughs, and progress reviews with clients. Manage client expectations and ensure smooth project handover. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of corporate interior design and turnkey project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and related project management tools. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and leadership qualities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in corporate interiors or turnkey project management. Proven track record of handling projects in the range of 10,000–50,000 sq. ft. and above. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely project delivery within budget. Vendor performance & quality compliance. Client satisfaction and repeat business. Efficiency in cost control and minimizing variations. Accuracy and quality of project documentation.
