Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at White Dairy Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for running the day to day operations, starting at 4:00 am daily and implementing strategies to ensure sales targets are met. Compensation : INR 4,00,000 ( INR 2.4L Salary + INR 1.6L ESOPs ) Qualifications Should be a team player with good value systems - we as a brand want to do good for the people and the planet Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the dairy or food industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
