As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with proven experience in Interior Design Fit-Out Works, your role will involve hands-on knowledge of interior architecture, joinery detailing, and MEP coordination. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical drawings in a fast-paced project environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed technical drawings for interior fit-out projects - Coordinate MEP and IT/AV requirements within interior environments - Interpret design intent and translate it into accurate technical drawings - Collaborate with the site execution team to ensure accurate implementation - Manage deadlines effectively with strong attention to detail Qualifications Required: - Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out drafting - Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and joinery construction details - Excellent skills in AutoCAD - Familiarity with MEP and IT/AV coordination in interior environments - Understanding of site execution processes Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
