Role Overview: As a Customer Care Executive for the Western Union Chat Process in the International Campaign, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via chat - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns effectively - Work in a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts - Uphold the company's standards of service excellence - Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Must be at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Proficiency in English is required Please note that this role offers a salary of 21K for Freshers with an additional 2K PLI, and 25K CTC for experienced candidates with a 2K PLI.
