WEST CAN AUTO PARTS is currently looking for a talented parts specialist to take on an exciting and challenging full-time role of automotive parts specialist. If you are an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual with knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts, this is the role for you! This job will be catering to customers in Canada. This means Westcan is looking for qualified Spare Parts Persons to work from India answering customer calls. QUALIFICATIONS: Fluent in English Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields A mechanical/automobile background is an Asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Well established phone etiquette Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic Computer knowledge ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line Generate sales to achieve targets and profitability. Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information in a professional manner. Reviews and generates estimates, ensuring the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. Maintains professional appearance.
