We’re Hiring: Engineer – Support (Cloud Infrastructure) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Shift: 24x7 rotational (with 2 weekly offs) Position: 1 Are you passionate about cloud technologies and thrive in a dynamic environment? Join our Engineering Support team and play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of critical cloud-based infrastructure. What You’ll Do- Provide 24x7 monitoring and operational support for cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution or escalation. Manage and support Linux & Windows servers hosted on the cloud (patching, user access, performance tuning). Monitor system health using tools like Azure Monitor & Datadog. Execute SOPs for routine tasks and incident handling. Perform basic administration of Azure services (VM, Storage, VNet, AD, Load Balancer). Implement automation scripts using Azure Functions, ARM templates, Terraform. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 3–6 years in cloud infrastructure support. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Skills: Active Directory & User Management, VM autoscaling, Azure Storage lifecycle, VNet, Security Groups. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Jira, Jenkins, Confluence). Exposure to backup & disaster recovery strategies in cloud environments. Experience in Azure cost optimization. Certifications (Nice to Have): Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate Soft Skills: Strong communication & documentation skills.
