The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of job and fixture setting, and must be proficient in the dialing process as per part and fixture requirements. Role & responsibilities Operate and monitor Electronica EDM machines efficiently. Set up jobs and fixtures accurately on the machine. Perform proper dialing as per the part and fixture alignment. Understand and apply appropriate feed and speed parameters for stainless-steel materials . Ensure machining quality and maintain machine accuracy. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Electronica EDM machines . Basic knowledge of job and fixture setting. Proficiency in dialing process and machine setup. In-depth understanding of machining stainless steel , including feed and speed parameters.
