Role Overview: You will be part of a modern transportation company that drives sustainable and customer-oriented mobility solutions. Your main responsibility will be to support the sales teams by developing innovative training formats for the sales and customer service department through digital learning offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a concept for digital knowledge management in sales and customer service, including content structuring and user analyses. - Create digital learning content such as onboarding modules and training formats. - Design web-based trainings tailored to the target audience by simplifying complex topics. - Collaborate closely with various departments and coordinate content across teams. Qualifications Required: - Currently enrolled as a student in Pedagogy, Media/Education Sciences, Communication Sciences, Business, or a related field. - Preferably, have some experience with E-Learning tools or digital knowledge platforms. - Demonstrate structured, independent, and meticulous work habits. - Possess a sense of creating engaging and pedagogically meaningful content. - Think conceptually, enjoy working creatively, and take pleasure in designing learning materials. - Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) complete your profile.,
