We’re Hiring: Female Telecaller / Admission Counselor

Job Role:

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and result-oriented Female Telecaller / Admission Counselor who can effectively communicate with students, explain our software training programs, and convert leads into admissions.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and explain course details
• Follow up with interested leads and schedule counseling sessions
• Maintain communication via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
• Convince and convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Keep records and share daily reports with management

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (age between 18–28 preferred)
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Excellent Hindi and basic English communication skills
• Strong convincing power and confident personality
• Prior experience in telecalling or counseling is a plus (Freshers welcome)

Pay: ₹12,008.30 - ₹39,686.59 per month
