Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Kolkata, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting sales calls, managing customer relationships, providing detailed counseling on educational courses and institutions, meeting sales targets, and maintaining client records. The Associate will also participate in promotional activities and events to attract potential students. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets Knowledge of the education sector and counseling services Organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in educational consulting is a plus
