This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager based out of Mumbai, responsible for marketing as well as selling luxury wellness and healthcare experiences offered by Pema Wellness Retreat, Visakhapatnam. The Sales Manager will be tasked with promoting minimum 810-day healing and treatment stay programs, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, doctors, and wellness influencers. The role requires identifying prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, converting leads, conducting presentations, and working in close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams. A deep understanding of luxury selling, wellness tourism, and healthcare is essential. Position Title: Sales Manager Wellness & Healthcare Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Mumbai, India Experience Required: 610 years in luxury sales, wellness tourism, or healthcare marketing Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell 810 days luxury healing/treatment programs to individual clients, corporates, and referral partners. Develop and maintain relationships with high-potential leads including HNIs, doctors, wellness consultants, travel agents, and corporate wellness programs. Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to promote Pema Wellness Retreat and its offerings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health and wellness segment. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns targeting premium clientele. Attend wellness events, health expos, and networking forums to promote the brand. Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client feedback. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness tourism, hospitality, or premium services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of customer profiling, client relationship management, and consultative sales. Passion for AYUSH wellness, natural healing, and holistic living. Strong network in the premium/luxury/wellness market segment. Comfortable with frequent client meetings, travel, and flexible hours. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in a luxury wellness retreat, medical tourism, or high-end healthcare facility. Exposure to selling naturopathic, AYUSH or holistic health packages. Familiarity with CRM, Zoho systems and digital sales tools. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage.
