About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Wellness & Longevity Coordinator to drive health, fitness, and wellbeing initiatives across our Head Office and Ranch. If you enjoy working with people, love wellness, and want to make a lasting impact on lifestyle and longevity, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Plan and run wellness programs (yoga, nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, preventive health workshops).
• Coordinate with trainers, nutritionists, and wellness experts.
• Organize wellness events and awareness campaigns.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and share impact reports.
• Split time between HO (Carmelram) and Ranch (Barike, Hosur).

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate wellness, health coaching, or lifestyle management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Passion for holistic living, fitness, and wellness practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Psychology, Nutrition, or related fields.
• Certification in Yoga, Nutrition, or Fitness (a plus).
• Comfortable traveling between Bangalore and Hosur weekly.
