You will be working as an IN-HOUSE SHOWROOM Sales Representative and STORE MANAGER at "Lamp Crafts", a renowned luxury lighting showroom located in Yelahanka, North Bangalore. Established in 1980, Lamp Crafts specializes in importing and retailing luxury lighting products and solutions, catering to a diverse clientele including architects, designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners. Your role will involve creating ambiance by blending art with light, offering lighting solutions for various spaces such as jewelry showrooms, houses, pubs, conference rooms, clothing stores, hotels, and resorts. You will be trained to understand different lighting products, including crystals and alloys, and their applications to achieve the desired ambiance. As a part of the Lamp Crafts team, we expect you to possess a positive attitude, warm smile, dedication, and commitment to deliver exceptional service. While a minimum academic qualification of II PUC is required, having a Diploma/Bachelor's in Interior Designing or relevant experience in interiors would be advantageous. Previous experience in public dealing, interior decoration, or architecture will be beneficial for this role. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, smart, confident, humble, and a go-getter. You should be located within 20km of North Bangalore, Yelahanka, and willing to work 6 days a week from the showroom, with working hours from 10am to 8pm. Salary for this position ranges from a minimum of 50,000/- to roughly 1,25,000/- per month, with additional incentives. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
