Title of the Project ‘Empowering Women Farmers through Sustainable Agricultural Practices: A Study on Farmer Producer Organisations in Maharashtra’ Sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi under the scheme of Vision Viksit Bharat@2047 (VVB@2047) Job Title Research Assistant Number of Positions 2 (Two) Emoluments INR 37000/- per month Eligibility and Tenure Qualification –Postgraduate in social science discipline only (55% minimum) with NET-SET/M.Phil. /PhD Proficiency in Marathi (Essential) Job Tenure : 4 Months Joining: Immediate Desirable Qualification Experience in coordinating and collecting data (qualitative) and research processes in Maharashtra. Assist in developing qualitative and quantitative data collection tools. Coordinate with the Research Associate to plan and execute data collection. Conduct qualitative and quantitative interviews with various stakeholders. Monitor fieldwork and oversee the data collection process. Manage data, including transcription and translation. Assist in data analysis and preparation of preliminary results. Prepare field plans and reports. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the research team.
