We are a 27 Year old Luxury Travel agency with offices in Delhi and Gurgaon. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage air ticket bookings for our Gurgaon branch. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) international and domestic ticketing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Handle domestic and international flight bookings for clients, ensuring best fares and routing options. • Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo )for reservations, cancellations, reissuances, and fare quotes. • Process special service requests (SSR) including meal preferences, seat selection, wheelchair assistance, and baggage. • Assist clients with rescheduling, refunds, and cancellations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction. • Ensure accurate issuance of tickets and timely delivery of PNRs and travel documents to clients. • Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and IATA regulations. • Provide excellent pre- and post-ticketing support with a problem-solving attitude. ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum 2–4 years of ticketing experience, preferably with FIT clients. • Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo)is mandatory. • Knowledge of fare constructions, refunds, reissues, and airline policies. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. • Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach. • Familiarity with corporate and leisure travel ticketing preferred. • Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certification is an added advantage. ⸻ Preferred Qualities: • Experience in handling high-end or HNI FIT clients. • Strong organizational skills and time management. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
